Donnalyn Watt, LPC integrates the therapeutic disciplines obtained as an alumnus of St. Edward’s University, where she earned a graduate degree in counseling, with her practical knowledge acquired through a fifteen year commitment to clients served in an outpatient detoxification facility, culminating in a strong ability to join with clients offering them support in their paths of recovery.

She also has an interest in the food mood connection and is a recent graduate of the Natural Epicurean, a plant based culinary school. She believes that healthy, tasty cooking meets our most primal needs, fundamentally providing a sense of possibility and well-being supporting a shift in dietary changes affording physiological as well as psychological healing.

Donnalyn is an avid reader, writer, quilter, and gardener and plans to one day experience a thru-hike on the Appalachian Trail.

Reba Wiedner

Reba Wiedner is an inspired chef and teacher of the whole foods approach to renewed health and vitality. Motivated by her studies and experience at the Natural Epicurean Academy of Culinary Arts (Austin, TX), she seeks to inspire and assist clients toward their goals for optimal health and wellness. Her chef services include meal preparation, menu planning, recipe conversions and cooking lessons tailored to meet specific goals of families and individuals. Holistic healing motivates her teaching, which includes a variety of areas: food, music, and movement. Just in case you are not inclined in the kitchen, piano and tennis have been in her teaching skill set for the past 15 years.
